Our on-site, experienced admission counselors will answer your questions and determine if Ashley’s treatment programs are a good fit. You may refer yourself or a family member, or be referred by a professional, employer or friend. Admissions inquiries and intakes are conducted with respect for confidentiality and privacy.
Professionals referring a patient should complete this form and fax it in to provide additional necessary information to the Admissions staff that is not included in the regular admissions form.
We will gladly provide transportation to/from local airports and train stations to assist in making your transition to treatment as smooth as possible. Please let your admissions counselor know if you would like to schedule an airport or train station pickup.

to families in need, as well as to therapists, for their patients' families.
Treatment Payment Options
Our Admissions Department can provide information about treatment program costs, insurance benefit submission process, and financing options. Our treatment fees include all room and board, housekeeping and laundry services, transportation to and from local airports or train stations if necessary, all educational materials, counseling, assessment, alumni, spiritual and recreation services, and on-campus medical care. The cost of pharmaceuticals is additional as is participation in the Family Program. There are several ways to pay for treatment:

Treatment for alcoholism or drug addiction at Ashley can be paid for with many combinations of these options - our Admissions team will assist you in choosing the payment plan that is best for you. Benefits from insurance and other programs will be assessed by your admissions counselor, so be sure to provide as much information as possible about available Insurance and Employee Assistance benefits when calling the Admissions Department.

Plan benefits for either in-network or out-of-network insurance are verified for you prior to admission to Ashley. We will contact your insurance carrier to confirm benefits and notify you of the results. Authorization for an inpatient addiction treatment admission is typically required and is based upon medical necessity criteria established by your plan. Director of Admissions
Lisa came to Ashley in 1994 and was later promoted to Director of Admissions in 1998. She also works on contract agreements for insurance and employer groups. Lisa earned a Master of the Arts degree in Psychology from Towson State University, and a Bachelor of the Arts degree from Shepherd College.
